Allergy Statement

Castle Kitchen uses 2 co-packers for its products

Cocoa Mixes

There are no dairy, nuts or gluten ingredients in our cocoa mix products.

The cocoa facility blends these products in a plant that also manufactures products with dairy and soy. When dairy and or soy free product is blended or packaged the facility follows very strict cleaning procedures to ensure that equipment is free of Milk & Soy.

Our cocoa facilities are BRC certified for Global Food Safety Initiative, and adheres to Good Manufacturing Policies and HACCP regulations.  We comply with all CFIA and FDA regulations. 

Please note, even though we do not contain the above mentioned ingredients, anyone with “ severe" allergies should be aware that our facilities are not “certified" from those allergens and we highly recommend that you not consume our products.


Pancake Mixes

There are no dairy, eggs, soy or nut ingredients in our pancake mix products. 

The pancake mix facility blends these products in a plant that also manufactures products with dairy, egg and soy. When dairy, soy or egg free product is blended or packaged the facility follows very strict cleaning procedures to ensure that equipment is free of these allergens. 

Our Gluten Free pancake mix ingredients are tested by our suppliers before we receive them and arrive with a certificate of analysis.  We swab our equipment and test for gluten before we run.
